Terms of use

The service

GPT Realtime Assistant is a live AI workspace app for iPhone, iPad and Mac published by Arte Soft EOOD. By using it you agree to these terms. It requires an active subscription and uses OpenAI's API as its model provider. It is not affiliated with OpenAI.

AI output

Answers, transcripts and translations may be incomplete, inaccurate, delayed or unsuitable. They are not legal, medical, financial, employment, hiring or security advice. Check anything you rely on.

Recording and assistance

You are responsible for obtaining permission to record or transcribe other people, and for choosing a mode that complies with your workplace, school, client or interview rules. Do not use the app to bypass rules that prohibit assistance or recording.

Subscriptions and credits

The subscription renews monthly according to your App Store settings unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period. Included credits are granted each period; credit packs are consumables added to your balance. Credits are spent on model usage at the rates shown in the app, which may change with provider pricing. Billing and refunds are handled by Apple under its policies.

Availability

Features depend on the model provider, the network and your device. Local models require an Apple silicon Mac. Models, features and prices may change.

Intellectual property

The app, its name, branding and original content belong to Arte Soft EOOD or its licensors. These terms transfer no ownership to you.

No warranty

The app is provided as is and as available, without warranty of uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent the law allows, Arte Soft EOOD is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the app.

Changes and termination

These terms may be updated; continued use after an update is acceptance of the revised terms. Access may be suspended for breach of these terms or where the law requires it.
